About This Wine
A relatively mild, early winter in 2018 was followed by a cold and wet second half of winter in 2019 and then a wet, but warm, spring. Overall, the growing season was free of heat spikes and the flavors from 2019 are bright, with soft tannins and refreshing acid. From a gorgeous hillside site in the Yamhill-Carlton district of the Willamette Valley, the 2019 Gran Moraine Vineyard Pinot Noir shows dark cherry, crushed rock and sandalwood notes that are interwoven beautifully
